The ceiling is the last thing to close up and one of the first things people notice. MB installs acoustical ceilings for commercial interiors across the Charlotte region, laid out to the reflected ceiling plan so lights, diffusers and sprinkler heads land where they should.
Because we also frame and hang drywall, we can build drywall soffits and ceiling transitions on the same schedule as the grid.

How we do it
Laid out to the ceiling plan.
We lay out the grid from the reflected ceiling plan and set borders so cut tiles are balanced around the room. Then we coordinate with electrical and mechanical so fixtures drop in cleanly.
For suite turnovers, we replace stained or damaged tiles and repair grid so the space looks new for the next tenant.

Do you replace ceiling tiles during suite turnovers?
Yes. We replace stained or damaged tiles and repair grid between tenants.
