Commercial flooring installation in Charlotte & Concord, NC
Luxury vinyl tile, carpet tile and resilient base, installed as the last step of an interior our crew built from the studs up.
Overview
Commercial flooring by the crew that builds the whole interior.
Flooring is the last trade in and the first thing that gets walked on. MB installs commercial flooring across the Charlotte region for tenant build-outs and suite turnovers, after our own painters are done, so there is no waiting on another contractor to finish the room.
Having flooring on the same team as framing, drywall, ceilings and paint means one schedule and one point of contact for the whole interior.

How we do it
Last in, done right.
A floor is only as flat as the slab under it, so we check and prep the floor before installing. Then we install to the manufacturer's instructions and the finish plan.
Because flooring goes in after paint on our own schedule, there are fewer scuffs, fewer return trips and a cleaner turnover.
